The Tony Biggs Exhibition Firetable System is built around a versatile 63"x36" portable firetable, designed to be lined with 9"x4.5"x1.25" split firebricks (customer-supplied). Featuring six sturdy brackets, it’s equipped to support racks for hanging meats, chickens, swords, and a hanging grill grate. The firetable is also compatible with two 60"x24" asado or criollo crosses, secured with steel straps for enhanced stability.

For easy transportation, storage, and setup, the firetable’s legs unscrew, and both the sword and hanging brackets disassemble effortlessly.
