Our all stainless steel flammlachs Cedar Plank Salmon Grill is designed to hold a 24" X 7" cedar plank, large enough to roast a king salmon fillet. Try our flammlachs with a skirt or flap steak, or a rack of pork ribs, the taste of cedar goes well with meats other than salmon.

The Base is made of Black Steel.
