Custom Mobile Split Argentine Grill with Rear Brasero
Base Unit #9991
Commercial Dual-Zone Spec | Rear Ember System | Mobile Chassis | Free Continental U.S. Shipping*
The Ultimate Mobile Asado Station
The NorCal Ovenworks Base Unit #9991 is the logistical pinnacle of our mobile fleet. This unit integrates three distinct technologies into one chassis: a Rear Ember System for continuous fuel production, Split Independent Grates for asynchronous cooking, and a Heavy-Duty Castered Frame for mobility.
Designed for the professional caterer or the serious residential host, this unit allows you to generate embers along the rear wall and pull them forward to feed two completely independent temperature zones. You can sear steaks on the left quadrant while slow-roasting racks of lamb on the right, all while maintaining the ability to relocate the unit across the patio or event space.
STANDARD ISSUE: The Asado Maintenance Kit
Matched Tooling Included.
We do not send our grills out unprepared. We include the essential maintenance tools as standard equipment. The material of your tool set will automatically match the grill material you select.

Fabrication Specifications
1. Rear Brasero Architecture
The fire basket extends across the rear wall of the firebox.
-
Workflow: Logs burn in the back, creating a consistent radiant heat source. Sterile embers drop to the floor and are pulled forward under the grates.
-
Capacity: Ensures you never run out of coals during a long service.
2. Dual-Zone Independent Control
The unit features Two Independent Side-Mounted Flywheels.
-
Asynchronous Elevation: Total separation of cooking logic. Operate two different proteins at two different heights simultaneously.
3. Mobile Industrial Chassis
The firebox is mounted on a reinforced steel frame with Heavy-Duty Locking Casters.
-
Utility: Provides the stability of a stationary kitchen with the flexibility to move the unit for cleaning, storage, or to manage wind direction.
4. Argentine V-Grate Technology
Equipped with our V-Grate Surface on both sides. These channels capture rendering fats and funnel them into dual detachable Drip Pans.
-
Hygiene: Keeps grease off the coals to prevent dirty smoke and flare-ups.
