Our all stainless steel flammlach Grills are designed to hold these 24" X 5" cherry planks. Large enough to roast a king salmon fillet, these are food grade cherry planks. Try our flammlachs with salmon, a skirt or flap steak, or a rack of pork ribs, the taste of cherry goes well with meats other than salmon.
