SMALL RACK AT EL CHE IN CHICAGO

John Manion has been using one of our commercial Argentine Grills at El Che in Chicago for around seven or eight years. Recently, he asked if we could design a small grill rack with several height selections to be used in conjunction with our grill. Here is the rack in place at El Che in Chicago. After this was in place at El Che, John Manion called and told be to build another one, and to add a 1/2 depth chapa.
Here is the second rack, with half depth chapa just before we shipped it to El Che.
