Our combo, wood, charcoal, and gas fueled smoker grill is not the only way to get all fuel capability. We have an optional gas fuel addition to our Santa Maria grills which consists of an ash drawer, stainless steel burners and gas lines, and solid fuel grates. Use the gas burners to light your wood or charcoal, or you can cook with just gas. This means that you can BBQ every night, even when you get home late from work.
