The defining feature of the Argentine style: easily raise and lower the V-Grate over your fire using the independent side wheel. This gives you ultimate control over the cooking temperature, ensuring perfectly cooked meals every time. Because this is a split grill, you have two independent side wheels to manage two different heat zones!
Authentic Argentine Design
- Split Argentine V-Grate with Drip Pan: The V-Grate channels grease away from the fire and into the drip pan, minimizing flare-ups and maximizing flavor.
- Open Front Firebox (Standard): Build your fire directly in the spacious firebox. The Argentine style features an open front for easy fuel management. (Note: While some images show a closed-front Santa Maria style, the open front is the standard design. Request a closed front if desired.)
- Firebox Protection: The firebox is designed to be lined with split firebricks on the floor to extend its life. (Firebricks are not included.)
