Small Armado | Mallmann's Portable Grill and Chapa
In Tierra de Fuegos and Mallmann on Fire, Francis Mallman is seen cooking over a portable grill/chapa, so we decided to make one.
Our Armado consists of a grill and a griddle (plancha), a firebox container, a firebox base, and 4 screw-on-legs. now, you can take your Mallman recipes to the beach, park, or just to a spot of shade in your backyard. After the grill is cooled of, if can be collaped and stored in a small place. Make no mistake, while portable and collapsable, you still get a massive chapa and grill, and lots of room for making hot embers.
