NorCal Ovenworks has just upgraded its line of kabob and churrasco rotisseries with models more in line with Real Brazilian Churrasco Grilling. Our new line of product is stainless steel, and has larger spacing, and skewer design and capacity more in line with churrasco. Our new line currently includes:
- 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, and 15 skewer churrasco rotisseries that can be placed over wood, charcoal, and gas grills. Sized to fit American sized grills with skewer blade lengths between 17.7 and 23.6 inches, and featuring a design where the electric motors are in front, these models can even be inserted into a fireplace.
- Skewers for the new models are available as a simple single skewer in traditional "v" configuration, in triple fork design, and in 3 different grill basket designs
- We are also announcing a 6 skewer wall mounted Brazilian Churrasco Rotisserie Grills, with gas fired infrared burners.
- Topping off our line of rotisseries are 6 large skewer and 4 large skewer gas fired infrared rotisserie grills suitable tor roasting 30 and 20 chickens or comparable amounts of beef, lamb, or pork.
We will continue selling our older design, but will soon sunset the older models so we can concentrate our efforts on the new desgn. As always, we will be integrating these new churrasco rotisseries into out commercial and residential grills and fireboxes upon request.
