- Adjustable Height Grates: Two independent side wheels allow you to effortlessly raise and lower each of the two split grill grates separately. This means you can create distinct heat zones—high heat for searing on one side and low, slow cooking on the other—all from the same fire.
- Built-In Firebox: A robust 3/16" Steel Firebox is included, designed to be dropped directly into your masonry enclosure. You can build your wood or charcoal fire right on the floor of the firebox (which we recommend lining with firebricks, not included, to extend its life).
- Grates Designed for Flavor: Choose between traditional Round Rod Grates or the authentic Argentine V-Grates, which channel fats and juices away into a convenient drip pan, preventing flare-ups and giving you a cleaner, more intense grilling experience.
- Option for a Grill Cart, which includes Four Casters for mobility.

- Optional NSF Certification: Commercial kitchens and food service operations can select the optional NSF Certification for compliance and peace of mind.
