Francis Mallmann aficianados want to cook over a chapa, so we make them in a variety of sizes. Our most popular Chapa is the 24"
- 24" X 24" with a 1" lip all the way around it, constructed of 1/4" plate, weighs about 70 lbs and has four 12" legs.
- 30" X 30" with a 1" lip all the way around, constructed of 1/4" plate, weighs about 109 lbs and has four 12" legs.
