The Dual-Zone Mobile Asado Station
The NorCal Ovenworks Base Unit #4426 represents the pinnacle of mobile fire management. Unlike single-grate systems, this "Split" architecture provides two completely independent cooking zones on a unified, heavy-duty chassis.
Engineered for the chef who needs to multitask, the #4426 allows you to sear steaks at 700°F on the left grate while slow-roasting chorizo or vegetables at 225°F on the right. With independent flywheels and a fully welded firebox mounted on industrial casters, this is a fabrication-grade workstation designed to dominate the patio or the professional kitchen.

Fabrication Specifications
1. Dual-Zone V-Grate Technology (Standard)
The #4426 features our signature Inverted V-Grate Surface on both sides. These channels capture rendering fats and funnel them into dual detachable Drip Pans.

Function: Eliminates grease fires and flare-ups while allowing you to baste meats in their own clean juices.

(Note: You may request Round Rod grates on one or both sides for a hybrid setup).
2. Asynchronous Elevation Control
Two independent side-mounted flywheels allow for split-thermal management.

Zone A: Drop flush to the coals for high-heat searing.

Zone B: Elevate for resting, warming, or slow-roasting.
3. Fully Welded Firebox Architecture

4. Mobile Industrial Chassis
The unit is mounted on a reinforced steel frame with Heavy-Duty Locking Casters. This provides the stability of a stationary kitchen with the ability to relocate for event flow or cleaning.

A36 Black Steel: 3/16" thick steel body. Rugged, industrial aesthetic. Comes with Stainless Steel grilling surfaces.

All-Stainless Steel: Non-polished, commercial finish. The choice for coastal environments and NSF-level commercial sanitation.
