Armado with Brasero 27X23X30
In Tierra de Fuegos and Mallmann on Fire, Francis Mallman is seen cooking over a portable grill/chapa, so we decided to make one.
Our Armado consists of a 23"X18" grill, a 23"X18" griddle (plancha), a 27"X23" firebox, brazero, 4 screw-on-legs, and an ember rake. Now, you can take your Mallman recipes to the beach, park, or just to a spot of shade in your backyard. After the grill is cooled of, if can be collapsed and stored in a small place. Make no mistake, while portable and collapsable, you still get a massive chapa and grill, and lots of room for making hot embers.
