The Amethyst, Pearl, Emerald, & Tanzanite Round Grill Kits are 100% Stainless Steel. 

The Turquoise, Sapphire, Ruby, & Diamond Round Grill Kits are made of Black Steel except the Grilling Surface is Stainless Steel.
