#4594 Ottoman Charbroiler
Our NSF Certified Ottoman Charbroiler is designed for exhibition style cooking of skewers or clamshell baskets of food with Turkish flair! The pictured grill features 10 feet of usable width, and 1 full foot of usable depth, but we will make this grill in any size. Equipped with brick lining for longevity, and slotted fuel grates which empty into removable ash drawers, this grill is long lasting, and convenient to use. While simple, this grill has many important features, for example, the entire width of the firebox is unobstructed for easy morement of the fire, supporting hot spots and cool spots where needed. Additionally, experience has show us that ash handling in a production grill like this is critical to usuability. This grill was designed to sit on a chef base or table, but an integrated stand is available.
