A delightful replica of Trader Vic's 1960 Chinese Oven. We believe the last one in existance is owned by Trader Vic's granddaughter. 

Use this Chinese Oven or smoker to cook up some tiki room inspired baby backs, chicken, or flanken cut beef ribs, but only do this when dinner includes Mai Tais.

The Chinese Oven features a pull out drawer for easier cleaning, an adjustable air inlet, adjustable smoke outlet, removable lid with hanger, a removable firebox lid which allows for grilling over direct heat, and stay-cool handles. On steel casters. 

The Chinese Oven is 42" X 22" X 48" tall. It is NOT a tiny oven/grill/smoker, it is a big, substantial device.
